Universally recognised as the world's most secure closure, the Tri-Sure Closure System provides total protection and security for all industrial drum packaging applications. 2" and 3/4" Tri-Sure closures are engineered and manufactured as a total system consisting of the following components:
This unique system is designed to ensure ease of application and maximum security in drums of material thickness from 0.6 mm to 2 mm. Standard Tri-Sure plugs and flanges are made from mild steel and can be supplied in a range of finishes for maximum product compatibility. After the plug has been securely tightened, the closure is completed using the tamper evident Tri-Sure Tab-Seal cap. This provides the final level of protection sealing the contents from leakage, tampering and pilferage. The Tab-Seal cap is crimped on either by hand or pneumatically operated Tri-Sure sealing tool. Customers with automated filling lines can take advantage of a flexible pneumatically operated sealing tool which is available to Tri-Sure closure users around the world. Each component in the Tri-Sure Closure System is totally interchangeable. Replacement parts are available without the need to replace the entire closure system.A standard range of insertion dies and sealing tools are supplied throughout the world against a returnable deposit. All the resources of a worldwide network of after-sales and spares support are at your disposal ensuring continutiy of supply and international standards of uniformity. |
