TRISURE CLOSURE manufacturing plant located at Mahul, Chembur. Manufacturing capacity was expanded in a progressive manner from 4 million sets per annum in 1995 to 15 million in 1999 to meet demand in India and export markets of Middle East and South East Asia.
Customers of Trisure Closures are steel drum manufacturers and steel drum users.

PLASTICS DIVISION at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai engaged in manufacturing of various packaging products as follows: -

VALEREX 20 unique new type of container was introduced in the Indian market for first time in 1994 with customers in Lube Oil and Chemical/Food Sector. Initial capacity was 900,000 containers/year and progressively increased to 1.4/1.5 million/year.

VALEREX 200 introduced in 1996, with a capacity of 360,000 to 400,000 drums/year. Main customers of Valerex 200 are Chemical companies, Lube Oil Companies.

BLOW MOULDED In March 2000, the Company installed a machine to manufacture 50/100 L Blow Moulded drums and Liners for 210-L steel drums.

PAIL (Smarkpack) In order to meet emerging need of 20 L packaging in lube industry, the Company had put up facility for manufacturing 20-L Pails of unique design. The products has already been appreciated and well accepted by customers. The manufacturing capacity is 10.8 Lac Pails per annum. Introduction of one more size i.e. 10-L variant is on the anvil.
